Job vs Business: What’s Better?

Income generation doesn’t have to be too difficult.
Job vs Business, What should you choose? -Graffersid
If you are really passionate, then go for business. Starting a business is easier than getting a job. But, running a business successfully is very difficult than doing a job.

“Your dream” will always be something you like to do, something where you are incharge , where you have a hang on things, where things move as you want them to and finally where you taste the fruits of its success.

So, is your dream just to fulfill someone else’s dreams ??? If the answer is “no” then surely you should try to break the shackles, come out of the job security cobwebs in your mind and work towards setting up your own business, no matter what stage in your life or career you are in.

Running your own business is not for everyone only some people have temperament to do it as well as it needs much financial stability to bear the losses. If you can do then it would be a wonderful experience and gain much money than job as well as you will be your own boss but job is more secure, lesser headaches, you can't lose your house if you lose your job even have to work for less time.
Now it depends on you according to your capabilities.Because business needs much struggle, time, tensions, risks then pay you bigger.

It depends on your outlook towards life if you prefer income security and risk averse by nature, then you should go for the job. Otherwise one can opt for business if he has the passion for earning big money and excellent salesmanship.
